Exchange/ Return policy

Dear valued customer,
Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. Please have faith and bear with us as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
- Please note that it may take 4-5 working days to process your request.
- We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
- Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
- Returns and exchanges are only applicable to 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles.
- Return & Exchange for 5ML Spray tester cannot be accommodated
Note:
- In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
- Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products Regarding perfumes, a small fee applies if it has been used up to 10%. No charges are applicable for almost negligible use, but if more than 10% of the product has been used, the return is unfortunately not eligible.
